"For me, grooming goes deeper than just the fabulous trim.—It’s about building trust, easing fears, and improving the well-being of every pet and pet parent that walks through our doors. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of leading a team that values compassion and care as much as I do. The continued loyalty of our client family over the years has been so humbling.

One of my greatest joys is working with senior pets or those who struggle with anxiety. Helping a nervous dog relax or giving an aging pet a gentle, comforting experience reminds me why I started this journey. Those quiet moments when a pet finally feels safe, or a tail wags at the end of a challenging groom, are what make this work so meaningful.

At the heart of it all, my mission was, and remains simple: to create an environment where pets feel safe, supported, and loved, and pet parents feel appreciated and valued. I'm so proud to lead a team that is driven by such commitment to excellence, delivering care with skill, compassion, and integrity. 

Sherissa joined the STC family in 2018.

Favorite thing about working at STC: My favorite thing about being employed at STC is the ladies I get to work with; always helping each other out! I also love getting to see the various personalities of the dogs and seeing all the beautiful dog breeds. A little bonus is getting to see the finished result of a cleaned up pup!"
