Terms and Conditions:

• We send a reminder message 48 hours prior to a scheduled grooming session. HOWEVER, this is a courtesy and we do not take accountability for missed appointments based on the rare occasion where a client has not received a reminder message. Attending the appointment you scheduled is solely your responsibility. 
•  We expect that our clients disclose ALL known or suspected medical conditions and any odd/aggressive/changes in behaviors, PRIOR to leaving their dog in our care. 
• You may be asked to sign a release at time of drop off. Elderly, aggressive and medically challenged pets require extra care, attention and considerations. There may be extra charges to groom these dogs.
• We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time if you are new to our salon, your dog has any new health concerns or changing your dog’s trim from the last visit. We want the opportunity for a brief consult before his/her spa session.
• Late arrivals may be required to reschedule. Late arrivals past 10 minutes will be charged a $15 fee. 
• If you are needing to reschedule, please do-so within no less than 24 hours. This gives us the opportunity to fill all last-minute vacancies and avoid charging you a cancellation fee. 
• If WE are needing to cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled session, we will offer a small financial gesture towards your next visit. Staff illness happens here too and we would rather alter the schedule as needed than compromise on the care and attention we offer your pet. We are genuinely sorry if this happens, but your Pup is always our #1 priority.
• “No-Shows” are charged $30. Repeat No-show clients will also be asked to prepay for services in future. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any canine client and/or Pet Parent that is showing signs of aggression to our staff. Dogs may not know better, but people do. You will not meet aggression here from our staff and we expect the same in return. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your visit we welcome and encourage constructive, solution-based criticism with an open conversation. Aggressive or unreasonable clients, or clients using intimidation tactics, poor language/manners will be refused future service. Paws down.
